As our family has grown we needed an extra room for guests. My in-laws are amazing and I wanted them to be able to stay comfortable when visiting for long periods. Thanks to our new Murphy bed, I have an office/guest room combo that is functional and beautiful! Alex was extremely flexible with installation because we had some other construction delays. These are expensive, but far more economical than an addition or moving. They used my own king sized mattress. I'm able to lift and lower with ease. I'm trying to convince my Pareto get one next!

I looked online through several other vendors and Murphy Bed service was the only one that was hassler free and made themselves available to fit my busy schedule. These guys were fantastic! We had an old full size Murphy bed and wanted a queen. Also there was tile up to the old Murphy bed so the floor would have to leveled. Everyone else we contacted told us you will have to remove the old one and fix the floor. These guys are carpenters and they did everything! They were great to work with. I called Ariel Rodriguez ,based on a recommendation from my neighbor, to repair my 15 year oldq ueen size custom built Murphy Bed. I feared that the bed was beyond repair. Ariel assured me that he could rebuild the bed so that it worked even better than the original. I was surprised to hear that he could not only make it work better, but make it safer to use. In just a few days, He returned with the mechanism and cover, and the bed looks like new. I recently left a post where I said I had a mixed experience. I want to update it by first saying that this was my first yelp post and I figured my business with murphy beds was done. Today the owner called me and asked why I had left a good review on his site and why a bad one on yelp. I explained what happened with rebate mixup, right then on the phone he told me he was sorry for the problem that had occurred and told me a rebate was no problem I could come and pick it up anytime . I explained I was working late and would pick it up tomorrow because I worked close bye. A couple minutes later my phone rang and the owner asked for My work address and personally delivered it. This type of customer service is beyond what any customer can expect or want from any company anywhere, but you rarely if ever see it. There were other companies close bye murphy beds who sold similar products when I was shopping for this bed but I went with my gut feeling that murphybeds was a quality company and I am glad I did even with the ups and downs. I highly recommend to anyone in the market for a murphybeds. Thank you.

What a great costumer experience! We did our research with other companies & found them lacking the personalized service we got at Murphy Bed Sales. Because of that we decided to do two bedrooms. Alex came out to measure & discuss designs with me. He wrote out every detail we discussed. Gave them a deposit & was told it would be 4-6 weeks. To our delight the two beds were available for installation before the 4 weeks! We are thrilled with their service, installation & cleanliness of the project. The installers are excellent!
