I love the Murphy bed idea and although they are very expensive, I have enjoyed having the hide away bed in my office. If they did not cost so much I would order another one for my other room.

We drove Alex a little nuts calling to make sure of our delivery date. However he assured us that the way they run the company is to guarantee customer satisfaction .

My fianc and I feel so lucky that we found Murphy Bed Sales. We were treated like royalty and just knew after looking at so many different Murphy Bed places that we finally found the perfect store. Murphy Bed had the best prices and the highest quality workmanship. The company builds the Murphy bed and cabinets right on site. The owner is the nicest guy and very honest and knowledgeable. We had to wait for our unit to be built and it was well worth the wait. The men came to our condo and installed the wall unit Murphy Bed perfectly. We are extremely happy and highly recommend Murphy Bed Sales. We have the bed in our foyer and it's a queen size and it blends in perfectly with our Decor. Place is awesome and Ariel is the best. Work was done fast, clean and they showed up on time.

I recently left a post where I said I had a mixed experience. I want to update it by first saying that this was my first yelp post and I figured my business with murphy beds was done. Today the owner called me and asked why I had left a good review on his site and why a bad one on yelp. I explained what happened with rebate mixup, right then on the phone he told me he was sorry for the problem that had occurred and told me a rebate was no problem I could come and pick it up anytime . I explained I was working late and would pick it up tomorrow because I worked close bye. A couple minutes later my phone rang and the owner asked for My work address and personally delivered it. This type of customer service is beyond what any customer can expect or want from any company anywhere, but you rarely if ever see it. There were other companies close bye murphy beds who sold similar products when I was shopping for this bed but I went with my gut feeling that murphybeds was a quality company and I am glad I did even with the ups and downs. I highly recommend to anyone in the market for a murphybeds. Thank you.

What a great costumer experience! We did our research with other companies & found them lacking the personalized service we got at Murphy Bed Sales. Because of that we decided to do two bedrooms. Alex came out to measure & discuss designs with me. He wrote out every detail we discussed. Gave them a deposit & was told it would be 4-6 weeks. To our delight the two beds were available for installation before the 4 weeks! We are thrilled with their service, installation & cleanliness of the project. The installers are excellent! If you're looking for Murphy Beds talk with Paulino & Alex, they will design the bedroom of your dreams. Highly recommend them!!

Cant believe how comfortable this bed is. I dont even have to make my bed i just fold it up and poof gone! Now i have the rest if the room to make more mess lol

I recently puchased a murphy bed and I was really impressed with the on time deliverly and professional service that was provided to me on the day of installation. I was given simple easy directions on how to enjoy and maintain my bed. The murphy bed is stylish and truly a space saver for small rooms I will recommend this type of bed to everyone go online and check it out.

We purchased a queen size bed. They installed it last week.
Everyone was first class. Its a family business. Paul helped us with our order and he was very easy and fair to work with. Then Ariel (don't hold me to spelling) made the actual installation of the bed. He was very thorough and conscientious. We checked out several online murphy bed sellers, but these guys are the best price for the best quality in South Florida. (In fairness, no one has actually slept on the bed yet, so we can not yet speak to the bed quality, night's sleep, etc... But it looks good and feels comfortable. And so far the experience with Murphy Bed Sales and Services has been perfect.
